Production Requirements:
The CCI Review provides the following specifications to ensure quality for ad reproduction:
• colours must be converted to RGB;
• minimum resolution of 300 dpi for all images;
• The completed ad must be submitted as high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) png and jpeg (no PDFs or other formats)
• all ads, except full-page ads, must have defining borders on all sides;
• do not use crop marks;
• ensure all artwork is embedded and all fonts are set to outlines.
Note:
- Artwork to be sized according to specs (CCISA will not format artwork and is not responsible for disproportionate or distorted artwork in layout; this delay may result in the edition requested being missed)
- Payment must be received before publication of the edition
Submitting Artwork:
- Please provide a link for artwork files in the appropriate field (email any passwords), the artwork in PNG and JPG format or you may email directly to the administrator and include a copy of the (admin@ccisouthalberta.com).
- Include a copy of your emailed "CCISA Received Newsletter Advertising Submissions & Invoice/Receipt"
