The Canadian Condominium Institute, South Alberta Chapter Condominium Course, Introductory Financial Management & Successful Budgeting, is a 3.5-hour session designed for new condominium corporation directors, property managers and in particular corporation presidents and treasurers. This course will give them the tools needed to understand financial management principles and successfully prepare an annual budget.
Objectives:
- Board financial management obligations
- Understand condominium corporation financial statements
- Understand a capital replacement reserve fund plan
- Examine the tools necessary to prepare an annual budget
- Create a condo corporation budget
