Attendees will gain practical resources to strengthen their waste programs, meet bylaw requirements, and tap into upcoming free recycling services under Alberta's Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program.

Speakers:
Grace Wark is a Waste Diversion Specialist with eight years of experience delivering environmental programs across the non-profit, academic, and public sectors. Passionate about community engagement and waste education, she works to empower Calgarian residents and organizations towards keeping more materials in our homes, gardens, and neighbourhoods - and out of the landfill.
Shaun Darragh is a Waste Diversion Specialist with The City of Calgary, bringing more than 13 years of experience in municipal operations and project management. In his current role with Waste & Recycling Services, Shaun works closely with multi-residential property owners and managers to support waste diversion initiatives through education, outreach, and compliance with Calgary's Waste Bylaw. His work focuses on helping communities improve waste management practices, increase diversion rates, and contribute to Calgary's long-term sustainability goals.
