Maria was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, a city she proudly calls home. She began her career as a Condominium Property Manager in 2001 and has been actively involved in the condominium community for nearly two decades. In 2005, she founded New Concept Management Inc., a successful condominium management firm. Maria has completed studies in Business Law, Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management, along with certifications through the Real Estate Council of Alberta and the Canadian Condominium Institute–Southern Alberta. Maria is recognized for her leadership skills, mentorship and for providing education in the condominium industry. She is passionate and forward-thinking in driving change in a rapidly growing and evolving industry. Maria serves as a Member of the Canadian Condominium Board of Directors for South Alberta, Chairs the Education Committee of CCI South Alberta, and is a Founding Member of the Alberta Condominium Management Recruitment Committee. In 2014, she earned her Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute and was awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the Canadian Condominium Institute Designation. Maria’s philosophy is simple: “Elevate the practice of condominium management by educating your team and clients.”
Dustin Gutsche, Castor Condos

Dustin has had pit stops in education, geomatics engineering and surveying before becoming a condominium manager in 2019. His passion for education keeps him engaged in volunteer roles with CCI South Alberta, Condo Owners' Forum, The Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta, and the Alberta Condominium & Real Estate Conference. Dustin's enthusiasm for getting out from behind the desk includes his camping ventures and a 'boots on the ground' approach to serving communities he is entrusted to serve. Dustin is passionate in his support for condo owners and management professionals through consultancy and fellow neurodivergents through community engagement.
