This session will explore how condominium management companies can safely and responsibly use AI to drive operational efficiency, improve day-to-day performance, and strengthen staff learning and development. We will discuss practical use cases, safeguards to protect confidential information, and key considerations when adopting AI tools in a professional environment. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of where AI adds value today and how to confidently integrate it into their workflows.

Lauren was born and raised in Saskatchewan and moved to Calgary in 2016 to join FirstService Residential as a Regional Director in the Condominium Management sector. She earned her condominium management license in 2022 and is currently an Associate Broker. Lauren oversees a team of Community Managers and the management of 130 condominium corporations. A dedicated leader, she empowers her team to provide exceptional service to the communities they support.
Passionate about innovation, Lauren is committed to improving processes that enhance the experience of associates, boards, and condominium clients alike, ensuring that FirstService Residential remains at the forefront of excellence in condominium management.

Jennifer Milz is a Regional Director with FirstService Residential, where she leads a team of condominium managers and oversees service delivery across a portfolio of communities. With more than 20 years of experience in facilities and retail operations, including over 20 years specializing in condominium management, Jennifer brings deep operational expertise and a passion for supporting both managers and the boards they serve.
She is a strong people leader who prioritizes coaching, communication, and continual learning. Jennifer is dedicated to developing confident, supported managers and fostering strong relationships with clients built on transparency, responsiveness, and collaboration.
Jennifer is a licensed condominium manager through the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
