Maria Bartolotti, Broker, President, LCCI, FCCI, Licensed Condominium Manager | New Concept Management Inc.

Maria was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, a city she proudly calls home. She began her career as a Condominium Property Manager in 2001 and has been actively involved in the condominium community for nearly two decades. In 2005, she founded New Concept Management Inc., a successful condominium management firm. Maria has completed studies in Business Law, Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management, along with certifications through the Real Estate Council of Alberta and the Canadian Condominium Institute–Southern Alberta. 

Maria is highly regarded for her leadership, mentorship, and educational contributions in the condominium industry. She is passionate and proactive in fostering change within a fast-growing and evolving sector. Maria serves as a Director on the Canadian Condominium Board of Directors for South Alberta, chairs the CCI South Alberta Education Committee, and is a Founding Member of the Alberta Condominium Management Recruitment Committee. Additionally, she is a Director on the Alberta Condominium Conference Committee and chairs the Education Division.  

In 2014, she earned her Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute and was awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the Canadian Condominium Institute Designation. Maria’s philosophy is simple: “Elevate the practice of condominium management by educating your team and clients.”

 

Doug Dixon, Regulatory Compliance Advisor | Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA)

Doug Dixon is one of the real estate Regulatory Compliance Advisors for RECA He has worked in many facets of the real estate industry over the last 40 years, including as the Nova Scotia Real Estate Association Executive Officer and the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission Executive Director.  Prior to his association and regulatory management work, Doug was a salesperson and a broker for 14 years.  This included condominium sales and working with developers.  During his 25 years as a regulator, he has dealt with condominium issues that involved condominium corporations, boards and unit owners.  Doug lives in a bare-land condominium and has served on the corporation’s board for nine years.  This familiarity certainly provides Doug with a good understanding of issues around condominium management.  Prior to his real estate career, Doug was a Navigation Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces.

 

 

Lauren Larre, Broker, Vice-President Community Management | FirstService Residential

As Broker and Vice President of Community Management in Calgary, Lauren oversees community management operations and leads a team of Directors and Property Managers across Calgary and Edmonton, as well as the Condominium Brokerage.

Lauren takes great pride in the dedication and commitment her dynamic teams bring to their roles and client boards. As an active leader, she drives process improvements and leverages technology to enhance efficiency and elevate the experience for both her team and clients

Lauren is a Director with CCISA Board actively contributes to several committees.

Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Lauren enjoys golfing, family time and her two dogs.
