Walter is the President of Foothills Global Capital Group Inc., a private equity group and financial consulting and advisory company. Walter’s career consists of over 35 years of senior financial management and corporate director experience in Canada and internationally. He now serves as Executive Director of the Alberta Condominium Management Education Consortium, which provides licensing courses for condo management, and serves as a member of the Board of the Condominium Dispute Resolution Tribunal.
Walter is also a Director and Treasurer of the CCI South Alberta Chapter and Chair of CCI National’s Finance Committee. He has served on CCI provincial and national committees and panels, has written numerous articles on condo finance and has developed and delivered courses in condo governance, finance and budgeting. Walter is also a holder of CCI National’s Distinguished Service Award.
