CONDO OF THE YEAR & VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR - NOMINATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED
It’s that time of year again! CCI South Alberta is accepting nominations for our prestigious Volunteer of the Year Award and Condominium of the Year Awards!
Forward your corporations nominations by August 1, 2018.
Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes the significant contributions and achievements the recipient makes within their community. The active participation and efforts of these volunteers provide significant impact to their own condominium corporations or in the industry where they benefit others in their community.
This award winner could have given countless hours on their condominium board; stepping up to tackle an initiative the community felt strongly about; starting an event which has become a part of the spirit of the community; or the volunteer who steers helping a resident or a cause and provides a means of involvement for others.
Prize
Recognition on our website, an e-blast and within the CCISA Review Newsletter Fall edition, a personalized award plaque and Date Night ($200 dinner & $50 movie gift card).

The Condominium of the Year Award is open to all types of condominiums including Traditional, Bare Lands and Commercial. The CCI South Alberta Awards Committee is looking for the condominium whose community spirit, social and cultural opportunities, along with special and unique programs provides a sense of community and pride to their owners and residents.
Previous awards have been awarded to condominium communities for their unique spirit, recycling program, community involvement, overcoming challenges and many other aspects of condo-living.

Recognition on our website, an e-blast and within the CCISA Review Newsletter Fall edition, an award plaque, exclusive marketing privileges for your condominium and $500
Application Submission for both awards
The deadline for provide your nomination(s) is August 1, 2018. Your summary outlining the nomination cannot be more than 3 pages. No handwritten submissions are accepted. However, we encourage your creativity! Put together a video, write a poem or song, send us a link to your website with the before after photos, a brochure giving is the details!
All entries are reviewed by CCI South Alberta’s Award and Recognition Committee. Three finalists will be selected. The committee will meet with each of the finalists, tour the property and speak with representatives. We want to get to know you and your corporation! The awards will take place on September 27, 2018 at CCI South Alberta’s AGM.
